Payday
Today was a golf day. Denis and I played with a couple that live north of Montreal. The game today was couples and Denis and I came in third and won $17.00. It was a first for Denis and I as we have never made any money playing golf! It always cost us money. Denis reminded me that it would not be a good idea to quit my day job! We don’t expect to make a living off these winnings.
I finally established a handicap for the first time in my life and it is 32. Denis has a handicap of 25 so I have some work to do on my game. This course is not getting any easier but we are not loosing as many balls as we did when we started in fact we are finding them because we now know the course well enough to know where to look.

Kissimmee and Camping World
We headed to Kissimmee this morning to pick up our Disney tickets and we saw where the parks are located and we even got an upgrade on our tickets from 3 days at Magic Kingdom to 4 days for no additional cost.
It takes us about 25 minutes to drive to the theme parks from where we are at Clerbrook RV and Golf Resort.
We stopped in at Camping World and there was a fifth wheel we both just loved. Fortunately the Denali is not big enough to pull that big of a trailer so we walked away!!!! YES!!!! We were so good.

Attack of the Ants
Today was supposed to be a quiet day, no planned activity except Denis playing in the resort Texas Holdem tournament in the evening. We spent most of the day outside and after dinner, Denis left for his tournament.
I must say that we have had some ant problem in the trailer. We bought the standard arsenal to deal with them. Tonight, after Denis left, I talked to my neighbours about the ants and the fact that I got some bites and I got this concerned look! Apparently we have red ants! These are nasty insects that require very aggressive treatment. One of my neighbours lent me some Ortho Home Defense Max to spray inside the trailer; I also had to use the chemical powder Denis bought and sprayed it all around the outside of the trailer. When Denis returned to the RV, I gave him the update of our situation and what our neighbours informed me about these nasty, nasty insects! If the treatments we applied do not work, we will have to call in an exterminator! Stay tuned. I am not certain how I am going to able to sleep knowing that they are crawling in my RV!
Oh yes, Denis game in third place in this week’s Holdem Tournament. Next week I play my first game in the ladies league.
